D. Rohde Home Services is a growing heating, cooling, and plumbing company serving Dutchess, Ulster, and Orange Counties. We're looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to handle data entry and paperwork that keeps our jobs moving, working under our Office Manager in Poughkeepsie.

This role is for someone with a strong work ethic who takes ownership of their work. You'll be trusted to manage your own task list, follow things through to completion, and find the next thing that needs doing without being asked.

What you'll do:

Accurate, high-volume data entry in our business software (ServiceTitan)
Prepare and file permits with local municipalities and track them until they're closed out
Submit and follow up on rebate applications through the NYS Clean Heat program
Register equipment with manufacturers for warranty after installs
Assist with general office tasks: filing, email, phones, and keeping records organized
Support the Office Manager with whatever comes up

What we're looking for:

Strong work ethic: reliable, on time, and you finish what you start
Self-starter who works independently, stays on top of deadlines, and doesn't need to be reminded
Detail-oriented and accurate; you catch mistakes before they become problems
Comfortable with computers, online portals, and learning new software
Office, administrative, or data entry experience preferred; permits, rebates, or trades experience a plus
High school diploma or equivalent

Full time, in person at our Poughkeepsie, NY office
Reports to the Office Manager
Pay: $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience
